Pages visited information is kept for a period of 1 month, it is then deleted. If you provide us with your email address, it will not be used by any third party, it will remain in the Linen N More database until such time you request to stop receiving information from our website.
All contact information aftter a sale, remains in the database and only to be used by Linen N More for future newsletters if you subscribe. No other third party will have access to any information supplied to us by you.
II. The use or share the information collected.
The information collected will only be used to complete a transaction, and newsletter subscriptions. No personal information is to be used for surveys or any other matters as such.
III. The choices available to consumers regarding the collected information.
If at any instance a consumer wishes to opt out of having the personal information retained by Linen N More, an email should be sent to info@linen-n-more.com requesting their information be destroyed. Linen N More then will remove the information from their database within 24 hours, and will then notify consumer.
IV. Handling of consumer inquiries about their information.
All enquiries will be treated confidentially and we attempt to respond in the shortest time possible, not exceeding 3 working days. Any faults in the information given upon account creation will be given priority to allow faster and smoother transaction by both consumer and Linen N More. All other enquiries will be treated in the same priority.
V. Protection of the information online.
We use paypal to process all our online payments. The only information retained is the personal names and addresses, which is secured on our servers. Our employees have no access to any personal information, nor to the client database.
